Ensure stability, quality, and reliability of B2B eCommerce ecosystem (ContentStack, Vercel, commercetools).
Support QA during Dev/UAT cycles including defect analysis, root cause analysis, release validation, transitioning to feature development and system enhancements.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for development, maintenance, integrations, operational support, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
6-8 years progressive software engineering experience including application support, QA collaboration, production operations, full-stack development and platform support.
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, Commerce Tools, Content Stack, Algolia, Clerk, Resend, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS; familiarity with C#/.NET, Git, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud-native development.
Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, ADA) and observability tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior full-stack engineer with strong system architecture, DevOps, microservices, serverless and system integration skills.
Ability to work effectively in distributed teams with a focus on production support, incident resolution, and QA collaboration during software development lifecycle.
Competent in translating business/technical requirements into reliable, secure, maintainable solutions within a cloud-native and composable commerce environment.
