Ensure stability, quality, and reliability of B2B eCommerce ecosystem (ContentStack, Vercel, commercetools).
Support QA during Dev/UAT cycles including defect analysis, root cause analysis, release validation, transitioning to feature development and system enhancements.

Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, ADA) and observability tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
Experienced senior full-stack engineer with strong system architecture, DevOps, microservices, serverless and system integration skills.
Ability to work effectively in distributed teams with a focus on production support, incident resolution, and QA collaboration during software development lifecycle.
Competent in translating business/technical requirements into reliable, secure, maintainable solutions within a cloud-native and composable commerce environment.
