Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Service Cloud features.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are mandatory.
Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations, Salesforce declarative tools, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience with source control (Git) and deployment tools (Salesforce DX or Copado).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Salesforce engineering projects and influence technical direction within an enterprise environment.
Experience working on large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud implementations with multiple integrations and data migrations, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences domains.
Skilled at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing risks and adhering to best practices.
