Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions including portals, communities, and self-service sites using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Aura components.
Implement user authentication/access controls, Salesforce Knowledge integrations, and API-based external system integrations to ensure secure and seamless digital experiences.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, maintain technical documentation, monitor site performance and UX metrics, and participate in Agile processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Apex, SOQL, Experience Builder, and Salesforce security model for Experience Cloud.
Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Salesforce Experience Cloud advanced features including LWR sites, CMS integration, and security best practices.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps practices like CI/CD, version control (Salesforce DX, Git).
Skilled in bridging technical implementation with UX/design teams and mentoring junior developers.
