Serve as the technical liaison for enterprise customers to implement, deploy, troubleshoot, and support AI/ML solutions and ML pipelines.
Collaborate closely with customers, ML engineers, infrastructure teams, and Agentic AI models to deliver optimized agentic autonomous engineering solutions.
Provide end-to-end technical support—including deployment, configuration, operational troubleshooting, and on-call assistance—across multiple customer projects.
5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technical roles.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, ML pipelines, and production deployment environments.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD processes, and troubleshooting across application, ML, and infrastructure layers.
Prior customer-facing experience with technical teams and stakeholders; willingness to travel to customer sites within or outside India is mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex technical implementations in customer environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
Able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex AI/ML concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
