Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation with at least 3 years leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or TypeScript; experience with modern automation tools like Playwright; knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized testing.
Strong understanding of microservices architectures, CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing practices.

Experienced automation leader with a track record of defining and implementing reusable automation frameworks for multiple teams in microservices environments.
Strong expertise in multiple testing layers including Component, Integration, API, and End-to-End testing, combined with knowledge of AI-enhanced automation methods.
Able to influence broad organizational adoption of automation standards and quality engineering excellence in a medium-to-large software engineering organization.
