Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Hands-on experience managing stateful distributed systems in production on Kubernetes across multi-cloud or multi-region environments.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Tekton), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane), GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux), and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
Strong security implementation experience including auth, encryption, secret management, network policies; along with database operations for relational and NoSQL DBs.
