Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability using Python, Java, and AI frameworks/tools.
Experience working in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languages, with knowledge of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle within agile teams focused on secure and resilient applications.
Familiar with responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and security practices, able to guide peers on safe AI-assisted development.
Comfortable working in large corporate technology environments and integrating AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.
