Develop and lead end-to-end ML platform and MLOps solutions, especially using Vertex AI, to empower Data Scientists and support AI/ML system deployments.
Design, build, and deliver scalable Generative AI solutions and perform hands-on PoCs, collaborating closely with Data Science teams and external partners including Google Professional Services.
Plan and coordinate program iterations, backlog, and dependencies with program managers and ensure best practices for model training, monitoring, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in solution, application, ML engineering, and DevOps with cloud hosting expertise.
Proven expertise with Vertex AI and strong programming skills in Python.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Analytics, MLOps, and Engineering Solutions for ML models, with working knowledge of SQL and containerization (Docker/Podman).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems covering Traditional ML and Generative AI, with strong AI Engineering and Cloud (preferably GCP) expertise.
Familiar with DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines, secure interoperability, microservices, and cloud security best practices.
Strategic collaborator with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants in large-scale AI/ML program execution.
