Own daily security operations including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, data, application, and cloud security.
Lead AI security governance for enterprise adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, bots, and AI-assisted development, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
Drive automation of security processes using scripting and AI-assisted tools, collaborating cross-functionally to enable secure technology adoption.
Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or information security operations with broad security domain exposure.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management and incident response.
Experience with AI agent/bot development or security automation using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, SOAR/workflows; exposure to Generative AI and AI security/governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated industries such as financial services, capital markets, fintech, or Partner Capital environments.
Strong blend of hands-on technical skills in security operations, AI security governance, and automation capabilities.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration for implementing secure SDLC practices and managing complex security risks related to AI and automation.
