Lead AI-enabled process transformation projects end-to-end within manufacturing quality.
Define and codify manufacturing and quality business rules from engineering drawings and process data for software/IT implementation.
Translate quality domain knowledge into testable requirements, validate solution accuracy with advanced quality/statistical methods and partner across engineering and IT teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years experience with bachelor's degree or 6 years with master's degree in manufacturing, supplier quality, process engineering, or digital transformation.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, SPC, DOE, Gage R&R, and quality systems.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Minitab, JMP) and understanding of AI/ML and automation in manufacturing environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-functional AI or digital transformation projects in manufacturing quality.
Ability to bridge engineering and IT/software teams, translating complex manufacturing rules into software requirements.
Practitioner of advanced quality/statistical engineering methods with strong manufacturing domain expertise.
