Algorithm Engineer (AI/ML/Algo)

Own end-to-end AI algorithm solutions including research, prototyping, development, and production deployment.

Influence and drive AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals, incorporating advanced AI techniques like LLMs and Generative AI.

Collaborate cross-functionally with software, product, and application teams, while mentoring engineers and ensuring scalable, production-ready systems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

Minimum 4 years experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Algorithm development.

Strong hands-on expertise in developing and delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions with strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar).

Experience with ML/Deep Learning coding and system design, and ability to build scalable AI systems for production.

Experienced AI/ML engineer capable of owning full AI solution lifecycle from research through deployment.

Technical leader able to mentor others and influence AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

Collaborative professional skilled in integrating advanced AI/ML techniques within product development environments.
