Provide functional and production support for Blackline within Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring stable production and smooth financial close operations.
Manage reconciliation processes, resolve system issues such as missing GL entries, payment failures, and access problems, and support financial close activities including cash reconciliation.
Coordinate with finance, IT, and support teams to monitor Blackline-ERP integrations (especially Oracle), support enhancements, testing, change requests, and maintain support documentation.
3+ years experience in Blackline support or finance systems support.
Good understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and financial close processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
Experience with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle, and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Accounting, or Management. Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years as indicated.
Experienced in functional troubleshooting and incident management in finance systems support environment.
Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and IT teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvements.
Has a background in finance transformation projects and continuous improvement within finance close processes, with strong understanding of finance operations and systems.
