Design, develop, and test Machine Learning, Mathematical Optimization, and advanced analytics models to solve business problems.
Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to automate analytics workflows, extract insights from complex data, and support faster, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with senior data scientists and business partners to align analytical solutions with business needs and communicate findings for decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience (B.Tech + 2-3 years; M.S. + 0 years).
Minimum 2 years of experience with Mathematical Optimization Models (e.g., Linear Programming, Meta-Heuristics) and Machine Learning.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages; experience with solvers like CPLEX or Gurobi; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.); experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST; fluent English communication required.
Experience operating in environments combining Machine Learning, Mathematical Optimization, and advanced analytics with business impact focus.
Ability to manage end-to-end data science projects including data preparation, model development, deployment, and maintenance.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and translating technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
