Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components including workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning.
Automate provisioning and integration processes using Python/PowerShell, REST APIs, and support integration with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize IAM governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.
6–8 years of experience in IAM with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON, REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications, and SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

Experienced in enterprise IAM environments with hands-on SailPoint development and integration expertise.
Able to handle full lifecycle of IAM solution development including automation, integration, and governance support.
Familiarity with related technologies or tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, and preferably SailPoint certification.
