Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports/statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies.
Coordinate annual audits, improve accounting systems and procedures, assign projects to staff, and meet financial accounting objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification: CA Final/Intermediate with 2-4 years experience OR ICWA/BCom/MCom graduates.
Experience: 5 years experience for ICWA/BCom/MCom candidates; 2-4 years experience for CA Final/Intermediate candidates.
Skills: Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws, and regulations, plus intermediate MS Office and accounting software skills.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years depending on qualification as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in managerial roles such as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
Capable of leading accounting teams and managing end-to-end accounting operations reliably.
Familiarity with accounting standards, audit coordination, and process improvements in financial environments.
