Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for contractual, freelance, and gig roles across multiple geographies from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, coordinate assessments, manage offers and documentation, and ensure timely candidate joining and deployment readiness.
Maintain accurate recruitment funnel data and flag recruitment risks related to pipeline, compensation, geography, assessments, and joining attrition.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing, BPO, technology, AI/data, or gig hiring preferred.
Master’s degree required.
Work Location: Kolkata, India; Work Model: Full-time, Work From Office.
