Monitor and manage Tier 1-2 production data workflows including diagnosis, recovery, validation, and escalation within documented runbooks.
Operate Flatfile and MuleSoft production workflows, performing ingestion, validation, rerun, and recovery procedures while maintaining precise documentation.
Provide overnight delivery coverage and morning triage for submissions analysis and member management troubleshooting, supporting secure file transfers and data delivery operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years in production support, data or technical operations, or comparable environment.
Practical experience with Flatfile and MuleSoft production operations including monitoring, rerun, recovery, and escalation.
Working knowledge of AWS/S3, secure file transfer (sFTP), and basic-to-intermediate SQL for read-only diagnostic queries.
Ability to work offshore overnight shifts with planned onshore overlap; experience working from runbooks, SOPs, and documented escalation procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in regulated, high-volume data environments such as healthcare, financial services, or SaaS preferred.
Disciplined operator with strong ticketing and documentation skills following precise procedures and escalation guidelines.
Technically inclined with foundational scripting or automation skills and familiarity with APIs, ETL/data pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code concepts.
