Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
15+ years of work experience with financial and non-financial risk platforms, specifically GRC module and IRM implementations.
Experience managing large financial risk transformation programs, with strong domain knowledge in financial and non-financial risk.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM integrations and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to handle multiple program streams and global stakeholders in a high-complexity environment.
Strong technical leadership with capability to lead medium to large teams and manage project financials and vendor staff.
Experience with Agile execution model and integrating continuous integration and deployment in financial risk platform implementations.
