Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Go language to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of SHIELD’s products.
Collaborate with internal teams to create new software architectures for better scaling and performance, including service capacity, demand planning, and performance tuning.
Participate in code and design reviews, troubleshoot large-scale systems, and work alongside the product team to define and prototype feature specifications.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in backend web development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and other relational/NoSQL databases.
Willingness to work primarily with Go programming language and prior programming experience with C++ or Java.
Experienced in backend web development with practical knowledge of Go and familiarity with C++ or Java.
Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms and data structures, capable of tackling complex software engineering problems.
Comfortable with software architecture design, performance tuning, debugging, and working in an Agile team environment.
