Minimum Requirements
5 to 6 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in manual testing, API testing, and database validation.
Experience with tools like Postman for API testing, Jira for defect tracking, and SQL for database validation.
Understanding of automation testing concepts and some exposure to performance testing using JMeter.
Domain experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Loan Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in agile environments with participation in Scrum ceremonies, demonstrating collaborative cross-functional teamwork.
Proficient in designing detailed test scenarios across functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT phases.
Skilled at defect management and working closely with development and business analysis teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and STLC processes.
