Data Analyst

Build and maintain product usage analytics by transforming telemetry and usage data into Power BI dashboards to inform adoption, engagement, and feature usage.

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to define KPIs and analyze cross-functional data to identify trends and inform product decisions.

Improve and automate analytics reporting to ensure timely, reliable, and scalable delivery of insights influencing product and business priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles (including academic projects and internships).

Proficiency in Python for data analysis, SQL for querying structured data, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, data pipelines, ETL/ELT concepts, and attention to data quality and accuracy.

Comfortable working across multiple departments including product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.

Experience or strong interest in SaaS product telemetry or usage analytics involving metrics such as active users, feature usage, and retention.

Demonstrates ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
