Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
At least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using .NET (C#, .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).
Mandatory skills: Cloud-native architectures (Azure services), microservices, event-driven architectures, DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with strong technical expertise in .NET ecosystem and cloud-native application delivery on Azure.
Comfortable working in global Agile teams managing complex distributed systems, APIs, and integrations.
Able to influence architecture and engineering best practices while mentoring teams to technical excellence.
