Minimum Requirements
7–9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Salesforce Data Architecture, Data Integration, or CRM Data Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Expertise in Salesforce ecosystem tools including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, SOQL, SOSL, Apex, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex Salesforce data migrations and integrations at scale with proven delivery track record.
Demonstrates deep technical understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., Salesforce Shield).
Strong analytic skills with ability to translate complex data structures into business insights using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
