Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and execute tests for load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability scenarios.
Analyze application, API, database, and infrastructure performance using Grafana and other tools to identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure high quality enterprise software via performance testing and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, Postman for API testing, and Grafana for monitoring and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of application performance concepts, metrics, bottleneck analysis, and SQL/database performance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in performance testing within enterprise software R&D environments, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in automating performance test workflows and integrating API tests using industry tools (JMeter, Postman).
Capable of analyzing complex performance data and communicating actionable insights to technical stakeholders.
