Manage and mentor a security testing team, ensuring test quality, coverage, and consistency, including review of security test reports with risk ratings and remediation guidance.
Drive automation and integration of security testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps), optimize security scanning tools, and collaborate on remediation efforts with developers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is mandatory.
2-5 years of experience specifically in application security testing and penetration testing.
Hands-on expertise with DAST, manual penetration testing, and security testing of Gen-AI/LLM-based applications.
Location preference Pune/Mumbai or anywhere in India; work experience is 2-5 years; no mention of notice period.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading security testing teams with stakeholder management responsibility.
Strong knowledge of complex environments including SAP architecture, Gen-AI security risks, and DevSecOps integration.
Proficient with security tools like Burp Suite, WebInspect, Postman, with capability to optimize scanning and reduce false positives.
