Own development, calibration, and validation of Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) software functions and datasets.
Coordinate with design departments, suppliers, and agencies for design and development activities related to DPF calibration.
Use calibration tools like INCA and Vector tools to perform calibration and conduct functional testing and system/component benchmarking.
Minimum Requirements
Degree: BE/ME in Automobile or Mechanical engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years with MTech or 4 years with BTech in relevant automotive calibration domain.
Knowledge of Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), diesel engine after-treatment calibration, DPF software flow, and AIS 137 regulations.
Experience with calibration tools such as INCA and Vector tools, and ability to interpret software documentation and flow diagrams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience in automotive calibration specifically with Diesel Particulate Filters and exhaust after-treatment systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability using quality tools, DFMEA, design reviews, and project management techniques.
Candidate able to lead teams effectively, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage design/development stakeholders.
