Degree: BE/ME in Automobile or Mechanical engineering.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years with MTech or 4 years with BTech in relevant automotive calibration domain.

Experience with calibration tools such as INCA and Vector tools, and ability to interpret software documentation and flow diagrams.
Strong experience in automotive calibration specifically with Diesel Particulate Filters and exhaust after-treatment systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability using quality tools, DFMEA, design reviews, and project management techniques.
Candidate able to lead teams effectively, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage design/development stakeholders.
