Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack

Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of Java full stack solutions, including microservices and micro-front end architecture, with ownership of code quality and operational stability.

Drive adoption and validation of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools and practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes across the team.

Own project delivery including unit, SIT, and UAT testing with zero tolerance for post-implementation issues, and contribute to strategic planning and best practice development in the group.

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal degree or certification in software engineering concepts.

Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS, Kafka, database knowledge, CI/CD, and AWS cloud.

Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability within a large corporate environment.

Demonstrated experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools and enforcing secure coding, peer review, and automated testing standards.

Experienced technical leader with deep expertise in back-end Java technologies and front-end React development, capable of handling large scale, complex problem-solving.

Proven track record in promoting and validating responsible AI tool adoption within engineering teams, with awareness of data sensitivity and security.

Experience working in agile environments with strong stakeholder management skills and a focus on delivering business value through reliable and scalable software solutions.
