Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or related roles.
Strong hands-on Python development experience with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
Experience building and deploying production generative AI or large language model solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure AI services.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in developing enterprise-grade AI solutions involving generative AI, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and retrieval augmented generation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem including Azure AI Search, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud native technologies like Docker and AKS.
Experience working within secure, regulated environments such as financial services with ability to address security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements.
