Architect and implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge graph, and agent evaluation frameworks ensuring secure, scalable, and platform-agnostic AI services.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into responsible AI deployments that meet healthcare-grade privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience in AI engineering or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related STEM discipline; master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend engineering; experience with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic AI systems, RAG, knowledge graphs, and healthcare software environments.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOMweb) and healthcare-grade security and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering AI solutions in regulated healthcare or medical imaging domains with focus on enterprise software and clinical workflows.
Skilled in designing and optimizing AI systems for scalability, cost-efficiency, robustness, and operational observability in cloud-native or containerized environments.
Capable of leading technical teams through mentoring, design reviews, pattern establishment, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex AI-driven projects.
