Lead Software Engineer(Java/AI)_Vice President_Software Engineering

Lead architecture, design, modernization, and delivery of scalable enterprise financial technology platforms supporting stock plan administration and workplace intelligence.

Drive adoption of modern engineering and AI-first development practices, including microservices, event-driven architecture, observability, and automation.

Lead and mentor software engineering teams, establish engineering standards, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

12-15 years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in technical leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Scala, microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design, RESTful services, and distributed systems.

Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, JMS), relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake), and observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk).

Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM applications, AI-assisted software development workflows, and Spec-Driven Development.

Senior technology leader comfortable combining hands-on engineering with architectural governance and strategic delivery.

Experienced in driving AI-assisted development practices and modernization in a large-scale enterprise financial services environment.

Capable of managing cross-regional teams and collaborating with business and product stakeholders to deliver complex technology roadmaps.
