Program Manager - Vendor Manager

Support outsourcing activities including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing vendor monitoring.

Assist vendor contract review, negotiation preparation, issue resolution, and contribute to regulatory reporting and governance forums.

Support cross-functional collaboration to manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and align vendor management activities with organizational goals.

Experience in outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields; 3+ years preferred.

Understanding of compliance, controls, or operational risk with ability to communicate with stakeholders and support issue resolution in vendor relationships.

Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting, and familiarity with relevant vendor management technologies and systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Has hands-on experience supporting vendor relationship management and negotiation activities within complex environments.

Capable of working across teams and geographic locations, supporting outsourcing governance and risk mitigation.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments with strong planning and organizational skills.
