Serve as primary liaison between DTICI India, DTAG Germany, and business stakeholders, driving risk mitigation and strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of program management experience with a track record of leading complex projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with strong Finance and ERP background.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems with deep understanding of Finance processes including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Product Costing.
Experience in global, matrix-structured organizations and managing budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale ERP programs involving finance process transformations and cross-border stakeholder coordination.
Strong operational leadership with accountability for team performance management and financial governance.
