Cost Control (Logistics) - Engagement Manager

Lead end-to-end cost control across supply chain operations to achieve financial targets and ensure cost transparency and compliance.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting for supply chain functions.

Drive cost governance activities including invoice validation, financial reconciliation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with operations, procurement, and finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or cost control functions with team leadership experience.

Strong expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting, financial controls, and audit compliance.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Power BI/Tableau, and financial reporting tools.

Experienced in leading cost control and financial management in supply chain or logistics environments.

Able to collaborate effectively across operations, procurement, and finance to drive cost optimization and compliance.

Senior-level professional skilled in financial governance, audit processes, and use of ERP and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
