Oversee and maintain Cisco UCCE server environments including AW, PG, Rogger, CVP, Finesse, and CUCM.
Manage server builds, upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery for UCCE infrastructure to ensure high availability and system health.
Collaborate with Cisco TAC, vendors, and internal teams to resolve infrastructure issues, support change management, and ensure compliance with security standards.
10 – 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Cisco UCCE environments.
Mandatory technical skills: Cisco Contact Center (UCCE, CVP, Finesse, CUCM), Windows Server Administration, VMware/Virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, Storage and Backup technologies.
Certifications required in Windows/VMware and preferably Cisco UCCE.
Willingness to travel approximately 10%, and work off-shift, weekends, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
Experienced in managing complex contact center infrastructures with strong Cisco UCCE architecture expertise.
Demonstrated ability to work with Fortune 500 clients and across multi-disciplinary teams (network, voice, database, application).
Proficient in handling high availability systems, root cause analysis, and security compliance in enterprise environments.
