Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization preferably in O2C, credit risk, or financial services environment.
Proficiency with SAP (SAP BW, SAP HANA), Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView).
Advanced SQL skills and experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, and automation implementation.
Experienced individual contributor comfortable working internally with cross-geographic teams in a finance or credit risk context.
Strong technical capability in BI reporting, data visualization, automation, and SQL within finance/shared services operating models.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies applied to financial data reporting.
