Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products with recent hands-on work building AI-powered or LLM-integrated features.
Experience in frontend or backend development and practical experience with LLMs and AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
On-site location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Experienced software engineer with strong capabilities in building scalable AI-powered enterprise SaaS products, particularly in CMMS or related domains.
Proficient in designing observable, testable, and safe AI agent workflows with guardrails for production environments.
Comfortable working in hybrid engineering teams integrating AI capabilities with cloud services and APIs, with an emphasis on code quality and operational reliability.
