Develop and prototype analytics and tactical tools to improve workflows and data quality within Institutional Credit Management (ICM).
Collaborate closely with front office, technology, finance, risk, middle office and compliance to deliver business value and manage application development governance.
Provide user training, manage system adoption, respond to ad-hoc data requests, and support cross-functional reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years experience working with large data sets and programming for business analytics.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks/tools such as Gen AI, Apache Airflow, Streamlit/Flask, Starburst, and experience with code versioning tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, BI reporting tools (Qlikview or Tableau), and some experience or interest in Wholesale Credit or Lending.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in business analytics with demonstrated ability to translate front office needs into tactical technology solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships across business functions including risk and compliance, with experience in project management of technology initiatives.
Familiar with AI-first data solutioning and building prototypes that can be transitioned into production environments.
