Mentor automation engineers and technical leads, and drive organizational adoption of automation best practices and AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage and reduce maintenance costs.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
Experience with microservices architectures, automation for containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in Java, Python, and/or TypeScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in defining automation architecture and reusable frameworks for scalable microservices and distributed systems testing.
Strong familiarity with CI/CD, Continuous Testing, DevOps, Shift-Left Quality, and modern automation technologies including Playwright.
Ability to influence technical direction and lead quality engineering adoption across multiple teams, with good mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
