Lead root cause analysis and profiling of HR and Reference Data to identify and resolve systemic data quality issues affecting operations and compliance.
Collaborate with HR, Data Governance, and IT teams to define, document, and enforce data quality rules, governance standards, and automated monitoring specifications.
Maintain Data Quality Dashboards and report HR and Reference Data KPIs to leadership to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous data improvement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, HR Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years experience as Data Quality Officer, Data Governance Analyst, or Data Steward with HR data, MDM, or Reference Data domain experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, profiling, and dataset joins in multi-table environments.
Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Reference Data concepts.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant roles.
Experienced in bridging HR business processes with enterprise data architecture to enable effective data governance and quality management.
Skilled at translating complex data issues into insights and narratives that influence HR leaders and technical teams.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across HR Operations, Data Governance, and IT to set and enforce data quality standards.
