Drive transformation by implementing sustainable data quality controls, managing data quality lifecycle activities, and embedding governance frameworks aligned to regulatory and risk requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, develop KPIs and dashboards, and manage testing and change management for data quality and automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data quality, governance, or operational transformation roles.
Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Technology teams.
Proficiency in Power BI, UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale operations transformation programs, including automation delivery with measurable business outcomes such as capacity savings and control improvements.
Strong analytical skills with ability to address complex business problems and translate automation opportunities into business cases with ROI.
Practitioner comfortable managing stakeholder dynamics, cross-functional team coordination, and regulatory documentation in a heavily regulated financial environment.
