Minimum Requirements
2 to 8 years of experience specifically in US IT recruitment.
Proven experience working with MSP clients through VMS platforms and familiarity with NTT Data or its implementation partners.
Strong understanding of US employment types and work authorization types (OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC).
Education: Any 15 years of education; Work Mode: Work from Office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Experienced recruiter with expertise in quickly analyzing technology-specific job descriptions to identify and source qualified IT candidates.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with US citizens and prepare candidates for US-based interviews with strong written and verbal English skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and empowered to aggressively source and submit multiple qualified candidates rapidly.
