Minimum Requirements
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office).
Qualification: BTech or MBA in HR.
Experience: 2-4 years in recruitment, preferably in BFSI/KPO/IT domains.
Work Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing recruitment for global clients with exposure to USA and Europe shifts scheduling.
Proficient with various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting for both active and passive candidates.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, delivery-focused environment requiring ownership and stakeholder management.
