Fleet Compliance Manager - B&T

Develop and enforce a centralised fleet governance framework across multiple B&T locations ensuring compliance with road traffic laws, vehicle standards, insurance, and internal policies.

Establish and manage a national-level single source of truth for fleet data, including real-time visibility on asset status, compliance, utilisation, and maintenance, plus creating executive and operational dashboards.

Lead fleet optimisation strategies focusing on cost management, analytics-driven insights, vendor/system management, and driving behavioural and process changes towards a controlled, centralised fleet management model.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business.

8–10+ years of experience in fleet, asset management, or logistics strategy roles with proven ability to manage centralised governance across multiple sites.

Proficiency in advanced data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, and experience with fleet management and telematics systems.

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in fleet management along with financial modelling and cost analysis skills.

Experienced leader in centralised fleet governance and multi-site operations with a strategic focus on compliance and cost optimisation.

Demonstrated capability in implementing digital transformation in fleet systems including telematics and analytics platforms.

Operationally strong in data-driven decision making and stakeholder management to drive behavioural and process change in complex organisational settings.
