Site Reliability Manager, Memorystore

Lead and manage a team of software and systems engineers focused on Cloud Memorystore reliability and scalability.

Drive team prioritization, planning, and execution of objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with site reliability engineering goals.

Participate in on-call rotation and cultivate a culture of technical excellence, blameless postmortems, and continuous service improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.

Experience in engineering or operations roles involving distributed systems and large-scale environments.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in software development roles.

Proven ability to build and lead results-driven engineering teams delivering large-scale projects.

Strong background in distributed systems architecture and operational excellence.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development and operational teams to influence technical direction and delivery quality.
