Sr. Infrastructure Operations & Services

Lead business case development for infrastructure strategies including cloud migration, data centre consolidation, and platform modernisation with focus on cost/benefit modelling and ROI.

Analyze and model complex infrastructure data (compute, network, storage, database) to quantify opportunities and track progress against targets.

Produce executive-level reports and decks communicating technical details clearly to senior stakeholders and coordinate among cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and risk.

5-8 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in infrastructure, cloud, or platform environments.

Strong expertise in infrastructure domains: on-premise compute/virtualisation, AWS, networking, data centres, storage, middleware, databases.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for complex modelling and executive presentations; familiarity with Power BI or Grafana for dashboarding.

Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant Technical BA role; Location: Mumbai, India.

Experience formulating defensible business cases for large-scale infrastructure investments and transformations, with emphasis on financial analysis.

Comfortable engaging with engineering teams across multiple infrastructure domains and translating technical data into strategic business insights.

Experienced in working in regulated environments or financial services and managing cross-team stakeholder coordination.
