Minimum Requirements
9+ years of professional software development or architecture experience.
Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using at least one backend technology (.NET/C# or Python preferred) and frontend frameworks (React or React Native preferred).
Proven expertise with SQL databases and practical experience with cloud services in Azure, OCI, or AWS.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, with familiarity of containerization (Docker).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership as a technical lead, principal engineer, or software architect with experience influencing architecture and engineering standards.
Experienced in multi-cloud SaaS environments, modernizing legacy applications, and working across diverse client domains.
Strong communication skills with ability to understand business domains and adapt quickly to varied technology stacks and project requirements.
