Lead data analysis and reporting automation for Claims Management, Warranty, Operations, and Digital Strategy teams to support business objectives.
Develop and optimize data extraction and processing from multiple databases using tools like SAP, Power BI, Python, VBA, and BW.
Propose and implement short to long term data projects and process improvements to enhance reporting and data consumption capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business related fields.
3-6 years of relevant work experience in data analytics or related domain.
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python and advanced MS Office skills including Excel, VBA, and Power Query.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred; experience with SAP, FIORI, Business Warehouse desired.
Work Location: Bangalore, Hybrid role with no travel; ability to support Eastern Time Zone hours required.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate results to various stakeholders.
