Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Engineering mandatory.
8+ years experience with Masters degree or 5+ years with PhD in Modeling & Simulation and AI/ML model development for engineering.
Proven expertise in physics-based modeling and multiphysics simulation using tools like ANSYS, ABAQUS, DIGIMAT, MATLAB.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering applications including SciML, Digital Twins, generative AI, and LLM-based solutions using Azure AI or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with prior responsibility for Digital Design solutions in multi-disciplinary engineering environments and strategic program leadership.
Strong background in integrating advanced AI/ML methods with physics-based simulations to accelerate product development in an industrial setting.
Demonstrated capability in driving innovation, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and applying Lean, Agile, and DFSS methodologies for continuous improvement.
