Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
Strong expertise in C and C++ programming, Linux shell scripting, Python, and RTOS concepts especially with multicore/multithreading and Hypervisor environments using VxWorks on PowerPC and ARM.
Experience with board bring-up, Linux device drivers, board support packages, bootloader, and initialization software.
Work Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India; background check and drug screening required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated capability to work independently in complex multi-core embedded platform environments including system-level software and hardware interfacing.
Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams, specifically German counterparts, and managing offshore teams including team development and leadership.
Technical depth in embedded software development tools, debugging (JTAG, Lauterbach), and software configuration management using industry tools like DOORS, JAMA, SVN, JIRA, and GIT.
