Minimum Requirements
9-10 years of professional experience in AI and Machine Learning.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related quantitative discipline.
Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with experience in production-level code and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit).
Hybrid work model requiring at least 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in advanced machine learning including deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) and agentic frameworks like langGraph, with knowledge of lineage tracking tools (e.g., langfuse, langsmith).
Strong background in mathematical foundations (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics) and complex model design, selection, and tuning.
Demonstrated ability to lead design reviews, technical mentorship, and communicate strategic AI/ML insights to senior stakeholders effectively.
